Scheduling session appointments and classes require regular email communication from Dragonfly Spirit including confirmation, reminder, follow-up, reschedule and cancellation notices. 

Regular appointment and class emails (confirmation, reminder, follow-up, reschedule and cancellation notices) are required for scheduling sessions and classes.

Opting out of regular appointment emails will disallow you from scheduling regular session appointments and classes. Marking regular required emails as SPAM will also disallow you from scheduling session appointments. 

Other 'news and updates' emails are completely optional and you may unsubscribe from those at any time. Dragonfly Spirit respects email promotion overload and does not send more than two (2) 'news and updates' emails per month. 

Your email address is used solely for Dragonfly Spirit business. Your email address will Never be shared or sold.

Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.  No call / no show appointments may be subject to the full session fee without refund. 

In the event of inclement weather all cancellation fees will be waived.   All appointments are automatically cancelled in the event of a Level 1 snow emergency or greater in Franklin County.

On March 7, 2022, the City of Columbus ended mask mandates and on March 17th, 2022 the CDC declared Franklin County "green" meaning very low risk of Covid. 

Sanitation practices will continue as per usual. Masks are completely optional for all.  The ZoloZen waiting room is now available for all clients.  The door will remain locked when all practitioners are in session as per standard policy.
