*New* Complete Nutri-Body(r) Assessment

A Complete Nutri-Body(R) assessment provides a targeted, comprehensive and reliable way of evaluating more than 60 nutritional imbalances, metabolic imbalances and other issues in order to build and maintain health by identifying the correct dietary supplements needed specifically for each individual. 

The practitioner first collects a comprehensive intake from the client through the sign-up form. Then the client will be directed to complete the online Nutri-Body(R) Analysis Questionnaire which is comprised of more than 700 questions spanning over 60 categories. Once the completed analysis questionnaire is received, the practitioner will provide very detailed recommendations tailored specifically to each client.

Absolutely anyone that wishes to find out which vitamins and dietary supplements are right for them.

The Complete Nutri-Body(R) Assessment includes four specific parts: 

(1) the comprehensive sign-up form which includes gathering detailed background information (intake) 

(2) the online Nutri-Body(R) Analysis Questionnaire

(3) personalized supplement recommendations based on your specific Nutri-Body(R) analysis results accompanied by sources to help you learn more about each dietary supplement recommended 

(4) a one hour follow-up appointment to discuss all of your results and the recommendations as well as allow you time to ask whatever questions you may have.    (Results & Recommendations)

The Nutri-Body(R) Analysis Questionnaire is a comprehensive tool used by holistic practitioners to help clients assess their specific biochemical weaknesses through their personal 'Biochemical Individuality' - Which is a fancy way of saying that you can find out which vitamins and dietary supplements You actually need through your own observations concerning symptoms you experience. 

It is an online questionnaire that will use your self-assessment of symptoms to help pinpoint nutritional deficiencies, metabolic imbalances and other issues.

The Nutri-Body(R) Analysis portion of the complete assessment includes over 700 questions in more than 60 categories pertaining to nutrition, metabolic imbalances and more.  This is analysis assesses the symptoms reported by the individual and evaluates them in a weighted fashion. This determines how important a symptom is within a category and how that symptom relates to other symptoms as well as the specific nutrient. 

Every person is unique with different nutritional needs. No two people are exactly same so no two people have exactly the same nutritional needs.  Rather than just take a little of everything or whatever the latest supplement trend happens to be, you can find out which dietary supplements would benefit you specifically and why.  If you are experiencing a set of symptoms and would like to investigate possible natural solutions through dietary supplements to help you manage and/or alleviate these symptoms then this assessment can be quite beneficial for determining exactly which nutrients and dietary supplements you would most benefit from. 

Sign up for the complete Nutri-Body(R) assessment and the Nutri-Body(R) analysis are completed 100% online.  Your Results & Recommendations (follow up) appointment can be scheduled online via Zoom or completed in person at the Dragonfly Spirit office located at 6830 Caine Rd, Columbus, OH 43235 within the ZoloZen suite.  Results and recommendations will be emailed and discussed with you during your follow-up appointment. 

Step 1 is to complete the Complete Nutri-Body(R) Assessment Sign-up form (link below). 

This sign-up form will collect all the necessary background information needed to properly assess and evaluate your specific needs. Within 3 business days of completing the sign-up form you will receive an email from nutribody@nutribody.ca. Please make sure you add this email address to your approved / safe senders list. 

Step 2 is to complete the Nutri-Body(R) analysis portion of the assessment.   

The email you receive from nutribody@nutribody.ca  will contain a link to the online Nutri-Body(R) Questionnaire that is unique to you as well as a specific authorization code that you will need to log in. Once you log in, please read the initial instructions carefully.  Most people are able to complete the questionnaire in approximately an hour but the time required will vary by individual.  You will be able to save and return to the questionnaire as needed. The questionnaire can be completed on mobile device if needed but most people prefer a PC.

The Nutri-Body(R) Questionnnaire contains approximately 750 symptom questions in over 60 categories. Answering these questions will flow quickly and easily in a first feeling type manner.  You will find that you are asked about the same symptom repeatedly and this is by design.  A single symptom doesn't give much information.  It is how a particular symptom relates to all of the other symptoms within that section / category that gives a more accurate picture.  

Once you have completed and submitted the online Nutri-Body(R) Questionnaire an alert will be sent to the practitioner automatically.  Please allow 5 business days after submission for the practitioner to contact you to set up your Results & Recommendations follow-up appointment. 

Step 3 is to schedule your Results & Recommendations (follow-up) appointment

Results & Recommendations appointments can take place via Zoom or In-Person and last approximately one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. Please allow 5 business days after submission of the Nutri-Body(R) Analysis for the practitioner to contact you to set up your Results & Recommendations follow-up appointment.   Once your results and recommendations are ready, you will be invited via email to schedule your appointment online at your convenience. 

A complete Nutri-Body(R) assessment is $169 all inclusive paid at the time of sign-up.
