Important News for GroupOn Voucher Holders

Dragonfly Spirit will honor all vouchers for Angela L Perkins:Holistic Wellness Services. *As of June 10th, 2018, ALL GroupOn vouchers have expired.* Beginning July 15th, 2018, all new clients that redeem their voucher will be required to pay the remaining balance of the full session fee. Credit will be given for the amount already paid to GroupOn. See the fine print section of your voucher for details.

How to Schedule

All scheduling is completed online for all clients.  The convenient online scheduling tool is located at the bottom of this page.  Please read all details prior to scheduling.

Clients with GroupOn or Yelp vouchers are welcome to use the online scheduling tool.

Appointment Availability

Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays –  Daytime.

Select Tuesday evening appointments available on a trial basis based upon interest levels/

Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Same Day appointments are very rare.

Appointments may be scheduled up to 60 days in advance.

Closed on all Major holidays, Sundays and Mondays.

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Android Pay

Checks should be made payable to 'Dragonfly Spirit' 


At this time Dragonfly Spirit (Angela L Perkins-Robinett) does not accept any insurance nor is a provider with any insurance network.  However, you may be entitled to reimbursement for holistic services (CAM) through your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account). Check with your provider for details.  Receipts will be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for 24-hour advance notification for all cancellations and schedule changes as a courtesy.  You, the client, will be responsible for the full session fee (minimum of $20) for any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment and/or any missed appointments.  Typically, 24 hour minimum advance notice is required to schedule an appointment.  NO CALL / NO SHOW appointments will result in the forfeiture of GroupOn  voucher.


 You must fill out the online scheduling form completely with acknowledgement check box and name at the end of the form in order for your appointment request to be processed. Any missing information will cause the online scheduling program to refuse the appointment. If you do NOT receive an email confirmation within one hour of scheduling your appointment, please check your SPAM/TRASH folder. If you still have not received confirmation, please email to confirm that your appointment request was received.  Client is responsible for providing accurate contact information including valid email address, valid phone number and proper name.  Accepting regular appoinment email communications is required.
